Full taste with a good fruity and spicy structure. A “thirst-quenching” wine with supple tannins.

Terroir : Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).

Vine age : 25 years.

Yield : 50 hl/ha.

Winemaking process : Cooling of the harvest. Pre-fermentation period of 3 days. Delestages (rack and return) and thermo-regulated fermentation.

Tasting : Bright garnet colour. Full taste with a good fruity and spicy structure. A “thirst-quenching” wine with supple tannins.

Serving temperature : 16° - 18°C.

Food pairing : Barbecue, T-bone steak, lamb chops, “cévenole” chitterlings sausage, matured cheese.
