Terroir : Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).
Yield : 45 hl/ha.
Winemaking process: Vinification and aging on fine lees in ovoid vats, allowing the expression of varietal aromas without the aromatic influence of the barrel.
Tasting : White flower nose with hints of orchard flowers (peach, nectarine). Frank and very aromatic on the palate on white peach, slight tension which brings freshness but very well balanced with the fat provided by aging on lees.
