Perfect balance between the fruit and a controlled maturing in the barrel giving spicy notes. Beautiful maturity, even when drunk very young.

Terroir : Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).

Vine age : Plot selection of the oldest vines.

Yield : 40 hl/ha

Winemaking process : Cooling of the must. 3-day pre-fermentation period. Delestages (rack and return) and thermo-regulated fermentation. 1 year 400 liter oak barrel ageing.

Tasting : Perfect balance between the fruit and a controlled maturing in the barrel giving spicy notes. Beautiful maturity, even when drunk very young.

Serving temperature : 16° - 18°C.

Food pairing : Red meat, game, strong cheese, pepper steak.

Ageing potential : 4 - 6 years.
