Rosé Sainte Cécile
Aromatic complexity. A surprising long “body” in the palate. Notes of pear, raspberry, hints of fresh hazelnuts.

Terroir : Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).
Vine age : 25 years.
Yield : 40 hl/ha.
Winemaking process : Cooling of the harvest. Bleeding of the vat after 24h. Fermentation in the 400 liters barrel. 3-month barrel ageing with lees stirring.
Tasting : Intense peony colour. Aromatic complexity. A surprising long “body” in the palate. Notes of pear, raspberry, hints of fresh hazelnuts.
Serving temperature : 10° - 12°C.
Food pairing : Spicy cuisine, grilled red mullet, gambas brochettes. It may be drunk throughout the meal or served at a barbecue of fish or meat.
Ageing potential : 2 - 4 years.
