Description : Age of the vines : 45 years. Yield : 35 hl/ha. Terroir : Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).
Winemaking process : Manual harvest in grape boxes. Carbonic maceration and fermentation with indigenuous yeasts in “Tava” amphoras. 9 month ageing in those same amphoras.
Tasting : Bright red robe.
Very fruity on the mouth, little red fruits, morello cherry. It is round and supple but also structured with a good length on the palate.
Food pairing : To enjoy with a gastronomic menu.
