We share the values of organic farming and got our certification in 2020 : our estate is now recognized as complying with all the requirements of Organic Production.

Today, all our vineyard is cultivated in Biodynamics and permaculture.

The Castillon family has already been pacing this terroir for 4 generations. We are located on the South side of the Costières de Nîmes, facing Camargue and the Mediterranean Sea.

Our grapes, typical of the Rhone Valley, benefit from a highly qualitative terroir which allowed Château l'Ermite d'Auzan to firmly establish its reputation.
