A well-balanced white wine in the Rhône valley with white peach, almond tree, honey, pollen then pastry aromas.
Grape variety : 70% Roussanne, 20% Viognier, 10% Grenache Blanc.

Terroir : Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).
Vine age : 30 years.
Yield : 42 hl/ha.
Winemaking process : The must is cooled to facilitate a natural clarification. Fermentation and lees stirring in the 400 liters barrel. 3-month barrel ageing.
Tasting : Rich, long on the palate, with an excellent balance and a good acidity. A well-balanced white wine in the Rhône valley with white peach, almond tree, honey, pollen then pastry aromas.
Serving temperature : 12° - 14°C.
Food pairing : Aperitif, fish, omelet with truffles, dishes with cream and white meat.
Ageing potential : 2 - 4 years.
