Description : Vine age : 10 years.  Terroir : Rolled pebbles from the Durance river

Winemaking process  : Cooling of the harvest. Pre-fermentation period of 3 days. 

Thermo-regulated fermentation

Tasting : Light dress. Raspberry and peach notes. To be served slightly chilled to enhance the fruit.
Supple and coated tannins.

Food pairing : Dried sausages with friends, grilled meats.
