Tasting : Bright garnet colour. Full taste with a good fruity and spicy structure. A “thirst-quenching” wine with supple tannins.
Serving temperature : 16° - 18°C.
Food pairing : Barbecue, T-bone steak, lamb chops, “cévenole” chitterlings sausage, matured cheese.
