Sweet Grenache
Garnet red colour with hints of brick red. Notes of cherry, fig and cocoa. Mellow, not too syrupy, with elegant tannins.

Terroir : Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).
Vine age : + 50 years.
Yield : 35 hl/ha.
Winemaking process : Controlled temperature fermentation stopped by the addition of 5% wine spirit when merely 85g/l of non-fermented sugar remains. 3-year barrel ageing.
Tasting : Garnet red colour with hints of brick red. Notes of cherry, fig and cocoa. Mellow, not too syrupy, with elegant tannins.
Serving temperature : 8° - 10°C.
Food pairing : Aperitif, foie gras, Roquefort, chocolate dessert, nougat ice cream or simply on its own.
Ageing potential: 4 - 10 years.
